As Ferrari continue to be completely opaque about what any of their issues ever are, people are going to continue to speculate. And it's very clear that drivers are gagged about saying anything. Feels like a very insecure move from Ferrari.

Being tight-lipped about internal affairs is exactly what you’d expect from a professional organization in a highly competitive industry.

Mercedes, Red Bull, McLaren, do not openly/transparently discuss detailed technical matters with the media. If anything, Ferrari have generally been too open about internal specifics, imo, so this is a necessary course correction.

Leaking internal technical details via the media serves no benefit to the team whatsoever; it does absolutely nothing to better themselves, and it could potentially compromise them competitively, making other competing teams privy to such details.

The only people it serves are fans who wish to know what exactly is going on and I think they have no right to know such things if the team feels it’s in their best interest to not share them.

I actually disagree, I think Merc are far more transparent, between their race debriefs they do after every race weekend with Allison or Shovlin and having a boss like Toto who just statight up says what their issues are and the problems their still experiencing
