Here's an easy way to add downforce...
Is it me or is the FIA working with double standards here? Why didnt they allowed it from the start? What changed now?

I also checked out of curiosity some questions about downforce and mechanical grip with the AI. Apparently the rules restrict the possibility of doubling the amount of downforce and then you also need a good balance of mechanical grip, downforce and other things to handle tyre life. Apparently at best you can find 15-20% of downforce through the whole regulation cycle. That is 60 to 80 points of downforce.
