I believe that's Rouen-Les-Essarts. The run down from the start and finish area towards the hairpin at Nouveau Monde. It's the French Grand Prix 1964.
I think, and this is a bit of a stretch, that the leading cars are just about at the spot where Jo Siffert was given a visor during the wet race of 1968 by Graham Hill whose Lotus 49 had stopped with a busted driveshaft.
