So 1 point for McLaren and 13 for Alpines. Could be worst.... -8 points the gap now to P4 in Constructors.
1 point for us and 18 for Alpine. Now we are -13 points back
Seems so...FIA did it again. The rules are as they want. Full points given also for this so called race. More and more money dictates.
I agree.
However Alpine is a superior car it seems, think they may stretch out a points gap a bit like Ferrari did at the end of last season on Mclaren

FIAis a complete joke. I think the team should protest their decision to award full points for this joke of a race.

I haven't seen the race or the qualifying but from what I'm hearing they bent every rule to make Verstappen champion now screwing McLaren also as Alpine got full points. Also from what I heard this time Leclerc was penalized immediately. What can I say. If I start calling the FIA and their Golden Boy names someone might get triggered.

I watched the entire race and I have no idea what you guys are whining about.

The only thing the race director could have done better, is starting the cars on intermediate tyres for the rolling start behind the safety car.

These conspiracy claims are just bonkers!

The rules for points make no sense and have no consistency.

The car wasn't great this weekend.

Still not sure the Alpine is superior. Thinknthey are pretty even.

Trust me it's not the first time or the last that happened. I'm seeing F1 from 1988 and the FIA showed from time to time favoritism to specific drivers and teams.

Hamilton couldn’t get past Ocon - the Alpine was a jet in a straight line!

Yes, and throughout the season they have the odd track when they loom really good. This was one of them. But they are pretty close with Mclaren fir a reason. Both teams have been pretty similar throughout the season.

Alpine has 6 DNFs compared to only 3 DNFs in McLaren though. They have faster car, but less reliable.

But Mclaren have had a Ricciardo. So it balances out.

Mclaren was also kind of unlucky not to gain as many points in GPs that had the upper hand either due to unfortunate circumstances and Ricciardo while on the other hand Alpine due to Alonso mostly but also Ocon gained as many points as possible when they had a GP that suited them capitalizing when Lady Luck favored them.

Fair, they have better driver combination.
I hope Piastri will perform well next year, although McLaren really need to produce better car. I'd like them to at least be in fight for constructors p3 similar to last year (or better =P~ [-o< ).

MCL36 appears to have high Inter wear and tear.Even in Hungary, the early pace was poor.

Really not sure what you’re talking about, we where P4/5 in the wet last weekend. This weekend was purely down to pit sequence, simply, you can’t overtake in the wet and lando was being held back by latifi
Furthermore the car doesn’t seem to like Suzuka in the wet or the dry. If we pitted on the sc in-lap we would probably have been P7/8.

Also just as an addendum, you need to read a dictionary and figure out what the word slowest means.
Both have of the Alphatauris, Alfa Romeos, Haas and one each of the Williams and AMR where behind both our cars. We finished where we qualified and only 1 car was taken out infront which was replaced by latifi, somebody who had nothing to loose and took a gamble.
You can critique as much as you like but please don’t over/misstate your opinions.

Is the car a Red Bull , NO, but is it a Williams , also no
