The irony, is all those tools on Jersey Shore are all from New York. Give my incredible state a bad rep.

The houses are so close to the track. I am wondering the engine sound could break their windows?

Does it at monaco? If not there, where they run straight under a hotel, why would they here?

Yeah, I know but I couldn't help my self. :D

Either way though, North Jersey is in a totally different league compared to Central and South Jersey so the race is where the 'money' is at. Perfect.

And I just found out that Ferrari NA and a ton of other car companies have their North American headquarters just a few minutes away from the proposed track. How befitting.

American citizen and a former racing driver. You should care about his opinion because it makes sense.

Id now expect to see Alex Rossi in a Team Lotus/Team Caterham AirAsia (Tony Fernandes Team) for 2013 now after a season in GP2 next year.

We are going to see a Indian driver in India, it would be foolish not to have a American driver in the American GP and the US GP.

"New York Grand Prix", will it really be called that, no wonder I couldn't find the thread?

This should be a race with certain credibility, politically-wise, access-wise, money-wise and local interest-wise.
