Flexi wing and flexi floor cheats have been going on in F1 for a long time, but since 2010 it's becoming pretty obvious who does what with high def photos or cars actually racing. They also have to be applauded for having the thickest wallet. I think some of their speed comes from being able to spend a lot much more without ever feeling the sting of it.
