He can affect the Ferraris, especially if he tries to be a hero in to St Devote or elsewhere on lap 1. Heck, the Ferrari's are in a pretty unpleasant sandwich - they could end up P1 and P2 by the end of the first lap or they could both be DNF.

Max and Kimi up front is interesting - Kimi has more to lose than Max so Max might feel he can pressure Kimi by throwing it up the inside. But Kimi has also not been the best starter this season. St Devote could see a four car pile up if Kimi is slow away and then tries to get back up front.

Lap 1 could be memorably messy.

I would think at least one McLaren will/should do the same, with the gap likely going out behind them. So it would affect everyone in front in the same way then.
