No, they aren't natural and understandable. Have you ever heard Lewis complain about people overtaking him? Ever heard Kimi drone on and cry like a child when he's passed? Nope. Vettel is a petulant child who thinks no one should be allowed to challenge him, or get in his way. His ridiculous crying here and Abu Dhabi shows that his sense of entitlement is growing to the level of a spoiled brat. A true champion would keep his mouth shut and pass him back.Red Schneider wrote:In Vettel's defense, I think small outbursts are a natural and understandable reaction to intense fights like this. I don't hold it against him.

No it isn't. He's complained and cried multiple times in multiple races about perfectly legit behavior from other drivers that results in him being passed or put at a disadvantage. He's a whiner.Red Schneider wrote:The idea that Vettel is not a 'true champion' is absurd. And countering with Lewis as a model of behavior, that's laughable.
I didn't say it's perfect or ideal, but fact is, it's understandable.
He's also turned the engine down a little bit I reckon. Just doing enough to manage the lead. Surprised Red Bull haven't called Vettel off - do they need to risk his alternator or collision if he does get alongside? We've seen the red mist descend already with that radio message and now they're going to let him have another go?WhiteBlue wrote:Hamilton error - cost him 0.3 s.
His language when he is passed or is overlaping slow cars is his own killer. Cucumber, stupid, bla, bla...Red Schneider wrote:The idea that Vettel is not a 'true champion' is absurd. And countering with Lewis as a model of behavior, that's laughable.
