The only car with a similar color scheme would be the Toyota TF110. But the airbox shape doesn't really fit to that car. On the other hand the only cars with a similar airbox would be the Lotus/Renault cars and the Williams. Red Bull until 2016 also had a quite similar airbox.
Stop it , it's not about F1 race seat.
If there is a replacement that makes sense, it would be Palmer. Look to the performance of Hulkenberg and compare it with Palmer.iotar__ wrote: ↑09 May 2017, 13:00Stop it , it's not about F1 race seat.
Out of the three mid-season replacements:
- only one makes sense but won't happen ($$$) - Stroll
- one is questionable and won't happen - Raikkonen
- and the one mentioned multiple times above makes the least sense and won't happen either - Palmer .

Stroll is giving Money to Williams. Palmer isn't giving Money to Renault. And when was the last time that Ferrari replaced a driver in the midle of a season? Palmer is the only driver that makes sense to be replaced.
so far off the radar. he not raced in f1 since 2012. but you are right it is odd that the only mention of this story is his own twitter and instagram. interestingly the instagram post does not say he will race this year only that its in talks. could it be a test driver role with a view to getting into the car in 2018.
Ericsson's butt is epoxied to that seat as long as Long-bow is a sponsor so I don't see Glock going to Sauber.
