Toro Rosso STR7 Ferrari

A place to discuss the characteristics of the cars in Formula One, both current as well as historical. Laptimes, driver worshipping and team chatter do not belong here.

Turned down the chance to meet Vettel at Silverstone in 2007. He was a test driver at the time and I didn't think it was worth queuing!! 🤦🏻‍♂️

And there's no yellow stripe on the tyre sidewalls, just the logos like the 2011 tyres.

it's like they haven't learned a thing how to design a proper FW, maybe RBR doesn't allow them to at least copy them haha

Interesting version of a double air box there, I like it.

Beelsebob, am I seeing the same thing you are? That there is a secondary inlet below the obvious one? Or am I going blind?

Those sidepods are ridiculous. (I mean that in a good way) I almost don't care if they work, I just like that they are different!

Interestingly there is a massive undercut on the side pods look at those inlet it's even smaller than the one on the Ferrari and they seem to retain their unique double floor design which may give them a little boost in downforce

Looks like a small fan under the main inlet. Probably for moving air under the floor...
Spending your life waiting for the messiah to come save the world is like waiting around for the straight piece to come in Tetris. Even if it comes, by that time you've accumulated a mountain of $hit so high that you're %ucked up no matter what you do...
