is this meant for a driving simulation?

The details level is impressive, anyway! Grats!

Which software did you use for 3d modeling?

I am working quite a lot recently on driving simulator physics models, are you trying to insert this work into something?

Thanks a lot for the comments,

At first it was meant to be for a personal project,
However I decided to create a unique series for that one (JGTE)

thus the Super GT 2006 is now intended as mod for a racing simulator
currently the car is ported to GTR2,screenshots are from there.

The 3D package used is softimage.
and good to see another sim racing enthusiast :)

I'm always speachless with 3D renderings. Having solid CAD background, putting all these details and parts would still take me quite lot of time, while I see people working with 3DSmax doing the same in much less time. Good job!

actually since polygon modeling is different than the spline(nurbs) one,
it comes down to how skilled someone is on each.

In the future I will definitely try to learn how to model with splines as well :)
Thank you very much for posting :)
