You beat me to it! That ridiculous mop he wears makes it difficult to take him seriously, as did his old spectacles.

The new ones are a move in the right direction.

Now for a haircut.

When this guy achieves some success for Ferrari, he can go back to the old glasses and haircut.

For now, he's not good enough to get away with that stuff!

There is no doubt he is a top guy, but sometimes the public face has to be seen by everyone. He is entitled t be who he wants, but he can not control perceptions of others

as if it matters how one looks.

he's trash for Ferrari, and nothing is going to change that. Ferrari won't go forwards as long as this guy has power within the F1 team, Ferrari is lost. They fired the wrong guy (Arrivabene), for a total waste. I don't care that he once was involved in such fashion in the Schumacher days that he 'warranted' a stay. He's holding Ferrari back. Not everybody that once were in the Schumi glory days present are excempt from criticism or are a guarantee for success. This guy clearly is the prime example of this.

But how he physically looks really doesnt mean squad.

It is surprising how much can be taken from a leader that 'looks' like a leader. I know it often does not fit the pattern, but the right person urging people to 'do this' can be big part of it being done. There are all sorts of regulations against it, but that does not change the reality. If Toto says 'this is going to happen', would you put your hard earned money on it not happening? As I said, there can be no doubt Binotto is a top guy, but charisma is an uncountable factor.
