part of the reason why williams is poor over curbs.
seems they are using the anti-dive to make a better aero platform because their suspension dampers/spring set up is not able to.

That is a lot of vibration over the curbs..

Williams cars were nice over curbs in Barcelona. At least better than Ferrari. IMO

Looks like they once again didn't bother to make a medium downforce rear wing.

Because turn 1 to 7 still require quite a bit of downforce; it's a part of the circuit which has slow to medium turning speed. Monza on the other hand has either very slow chicanes, where the speed is very slow anyway to create big chunks of downforce, or the opposite: high speed corners like the curva grande, speeds at which the floor generates sufficient downforce.

"It was a fixing within the wastegate mechanism of the turbocharger that failed (for Massa)," said head of performance engineering Rob Smedley. "It will be changed for tomorrow.

"It meant in simple terms that he just didn't have any power. It was very difficult to charge the battery as well with the hybrid system."

Smedley said the part was being replaced for reliability reasons and would not incur any penalty.

Is it the whole TC that will be replaced (putting Massa on TC number 3) or will it just be the fixing within the wastegate of TC number 2?

My understanding: they are still using TC 2. The broken part has been replaced.

Interesting the team is running a small monkey seat this race. I guess they need it to make the rear wing function more effectively?

Certainly a change in philosophy from some races early in the season.
