Can anyone explain why there seems to be several Manor mechanics in the williams garage looking at their car?

I'm pretty sure that it's not a blown axle, that's just the standard wheel nut and the axle-hole ( I don't know the proper name). If you look further up the page, you can see the actual axle is still solid, and not blown
