FIA Formula 2 Championship leader Charles Leclerc edged McLaren’s Stoffel Vandoorne to top the timesheet on day one of the final in-season test of the 2017 Formula One campaign. Ferrari Academy driver Leclerc set a time of 1:17.746 in the closing moments of the session to beat Vandoorne’s best time by 0.088s.

Day 1 is done. I don't think the times are really worth much, with Verstappen showing this is not really about ultimate pace, but interesting nonetheless.
Would have been a high 16 with SS, which is .6 slower than the car is ultimately capable of, I don't think it was a full on quali run, I don't think anyone did.

PU and gearbox use limits only apply to the races that make up the championship. The teams can make as many as they like, they just can't use more than X of an item for the championship. So these will be items produced for testing purposes.
If you are more fortunate than others, build a larger table not a taller fence.
