Seeing the latest picture in the Ferrari car thread, I wonder if those pieces we saw PP holding are lower panels of the engine cover...hmmm.

Fabrega is saying that´s a new joint, not that they removed anything

Well, yes, the old connection was the wavy split wing over the top to the same anchor points. So they've removed it and fitted that stay instead.

And thought maybe that's what McLaren is fiddling with. IE the rear of the engine cover.
