Why on earth was she waving the chequered flag too early? Looked more like she was interested in getting her selfie photo then actually calling the end of the race correctly.
she was bored like everyone else , could have waved the flag after lap 45 already.
Horrible entertainment this sport. And they even put commercial breaks in it which are more exciting.
Just make it 2 hours of commercial breaks next time ok , leave all your tires at home and this fake drs nonsense
f1 has fallen very deep

I don't like interviews taking place before the podium celebration. Let the drivers celebrate, not worry about TV audience figures.

Backmarkers too effin dumb to respect blue flags, Sirotkin being the worst of them ...
was it Sainz who couldn't let Bottas by in time making Bottas miss his braking point earlier too?

Bottas saying merc was out of fuel. Very unusual for them.

Boring race, good win for Vettel. Finally one on pure merit, not because of safety cars - no question marks over the legality of their car. This was a middle finger to the media and to Mercedes.

Wish verstappen got Bottas at the end - then it would have been the perfect result.

That race was terrible.

At least monaco there was the risk the tyres would give up.

That'll be another disappointment.
More is needed that this tweak.

It's been proven again what I predicted beforehand: The rule changes of 2017 to make the cars faster have made them too fast. More grip is good, but more downforce needs to be cut. Personally, I couldn't care less about another track record.

And Pirelli, really... they're been aiming for two-three stop races for how long exactly? And when did that work out?

The number 6 finisher was just about to lap the number 7 finisher. Quite a gap between the top 3 and the midfield.

Anyway, the top 3 qualified according to their racing abilities. Nothing unusually happened, so they simply finished in that order. It may be boring, but it's F1. There have been lots of races just like it. It's part of the sport.

Hamilton had his chance and he blew it.
FFS you've made a dozen posts whining about Hamilton.
Get over it. He had a PU problem so his strategy was compromised and troubles on Saturday too.

Bottas and Raikkonen big disappointments for me today, not for the first time. 2 world championship race seats being wasted there in my opinion.

Red Bull also not as fast in race trim as I expected.
Botas was 2nd and only made 1 mistake cause of the backmarkers (who ruined other battles too, Sirotkin blocked Hamilton twice, etc).
Red Bull was very close. Max got 3rd. What else did you expect? To run ahead of Vettel?

- At least it's a track when you can overtake. Nope, because no one's racing anyone
- How about SC? Won't happen because - no one's racing anyone.
- It's layout's fault like Monaco. Nope, reason is - no one's racing anyone. That's your F1 AD 2018.

Great stint on US by Grosjean wasted because of POS Ferrari engine.

Farcical refereeing continues:
- Sainz took out Perez - no action, how was that nothing?
- Stroll - took out Hartley - no action.

I fear that too.

And Pirelli, well they are making the hardest option too effective, that way it will never happen.

Agree with that. And for Claire Williams to get on tv and blame Hartley - tactless.

very sad now the cars are close in perfomance you get 2 hours of total --- like this.
Sorry f1 maybe next year make 12 types of tyres which all can do a one stop.
Hope in the summer they have a good look at themselves how ridicilous these last 2 races where.
They have to make faster pitstop delay times to make more pitstops more alluring. Change tracks, change pit lines, do something, just make pits cause less lost time. (well I'd like refueling back too, but that's me).
And change the tire makeup so it doesn't overheat so easily and it lasts more linearly. So they can push and fight more logically.
