What is the use of keel there as we see in toyata b spec

What is the use of keel there as we see in toyata b spec car, are they also called rockers ????
and what is zero keel funda????

The new Toyota TF106B does not have a keel, hence it is a zero keel design.
A keel is a part under the tub where the lower wishbones are connected to. In case of a zero keel, these wishbones connect directly to the tub.
