Wow McLaren actually forgot to tell Pirelli which tyres they want for this weekend.
Funnily enough.. deadline was on the same day as it was for Belgian GP for which they submitted their tyre selection

Is there a source? What is the consequence?

Aguri Suzuki takes the wrong route on the Suzuka track, and Hakkinen too... LOL

Whilst it will be closer tomorrow, you’d think Merc have a couple of tenths in their pocket again this weekend judging on today’s gaps.

Ferrari look a little lost for answers at this point. Let’s see how tomorrow goes.

It seems another boring race in front. Hamilton disappearing into distance. Only interesting thing to follow can Ferrari do 1 stop with those big ass blisters

They probably can, as we also saw in Austria, but can they keep up the pace whilst doing so? I think RBR will be close to Ferrari, even in qualifying. Merc seems to be pulling a 016 again for these last races. Congrats.

yeah, this rock hard tyres are taking away all the fun.....just one fight from Lewis in Sochi is enough to blister them and also if they are run very very slowly it can last an eternity. No wonder there is no racing and everyone are just driving around to not pit again.

I wonder what can possibly stop this guy. Especially when he's that happy.

It might not yet be goodnight Ferrari from Merc in Suzuka.

Whilst denying that the second sensor has slowed them down, Arrivabene claimed that Ferrari was faster than Mercedes in Singapore and at par with them in Russia. If the car is still super, then it must be the team that is failing.

“In the straight, we were absolutely ahead in Singapore, and in Russia, we were more or less like Mercedes in the straight. Where we lost was in the slow speed corners,” Arrivabene said.
