That's really odd... there doesn't seem to be any "foreign objects" hitting the rim... it looks like a sudden tyre deflation. But as that happens there is a small object which shoots straight upwards - could be either the cause or the result of the blowout

Tire visibly detaches from rim. The tire wobbles just before unseating. Could simply be a puncture or rim fracture leading to a slow leak and an under-inflated tire leading to the tire unseating. Could there be another explanation for the tire suddenly breaking the outer bead mid-corner?

That’s a piece of wheel. Probably cracked due to stress or a manufacturing issue.

The only other option would be the team didn't have enough pressure in the tire, or someone miss calculated/read what the pressure would/should be under running conditions.

Could it be one of those plugs the rims have that had failed or cross threaded somehow?

Or could be that foreign object fell in earlier, but didn't do damage till this moment. Than in that moment it slid in deeper and damaged the wheel.

The rear rim seem to have a threaded plug in the lip. Could it be that it unscrewed from vibrations?

They said that "foreign object" had damaged the rim earlier leading to it failing under load in T3, not that foreign object has hit it at the moment of failure
