If Honda can match mercedes next year or can be close enough (under pressure I think they would wear engine faster, this was what they had in such a relaxed condition), we can see a good season which a man need to watch the race if he want to know who will win.

Was a good race for RBR! Even Albon was right there, closer to the front.

And also noticed that Max asked the team to turn down the engine because he had a large gap, and they said negative... Good work by Honda keeping reliability with a decent power output even with an old PU =D>

Something up with this track. McLaren have been, on average, much more than 1 second behind Merc on all the other tracks this year. This Quali, Norris is .1 behind Hamilton. Mean while the gap from McLaren to Max is similar to what we've seen in the past.

2 77 Valtteri BOTTAS 1:35.271

Gongrats to Max, great race, we need this level of performance from RBRH next season to battle the Mercs on regular basis.

Ted Kravitz says Red Bull will announce Perez next week.
we are expecting that they are going to announce that Sergio has joined the team and that Alex is staying on at the team as a test and reserve and they might even share the drive.
Shared drive... is he pulling this out of his ass?

That's quite nice to end this season. I think this will boost the mood from everyone in the team. It's nice that hard work from all back in the factory pays off.

Max after 5 DNF and a very unstable car this year.

And you would argue all the best rated drives currently in F1 on 1 page. Jury out on ALB and BOT

I am not good with that freeze decision but this may help Redbull to start season more ready and they may derive good lessons from there.
