I hate the fact that Danny was so close to Leclerc each time but Leclerc put a shield between him and us two times.
No shields remaining.

Lets go Daniel. Fantastic race from Race Boy so far. Dispatched the two Ferraris. It was a matter of time.

RIC ahead of Leclerc leading the midfield… Lando almost made the move on Gasly, but made it now on back straight! Now Leclerc!

So what is the verdict on Ferrari is clearly ahead of McLaren crew?

The team may have setup the car for the race and not Qualy, if they did, what a master stroke!!!

Ahead of both Ferrari’s and now they need to open a gap… Lando will go after Daniel I’m sure

Ferrari has shocking tyre management.

Plenty of teams struggling, maybe the tyre pressure increase hurt them more than McLaren? Looks like McLaren works relatively well today. Ricciardo pitted to undercut, not due to pace issues.

Now it's time to conserve tyres and finish P5/P6.

So, is this likely going to be a 2 stop or it’s tyre management to the flag?
Q: (Stefano Mancini – La Stampa) Kimi, will you help Vettel to win his championship this year?
Kimi Raikkonen: I can only drive one car, obviously.

Probably 2 stop. McLaren have enough of a cushion to cover any undercuts though.

If its coast to the end, its also looking good, Lando especially.

Too many cars behind, I wouldn't pit. Someone is bound to try and do a one stopper. Our pace is much better than Ferrari so I feel we can get the tyres to last, especially for Norris who pitted 10 laps later.

Honestly, this is so unexpected. It's all tire related. You can't predict who is going to struggle and when. Ferrari are horrid today because they chew their tires like there's no tomorrow.

But this happened in several races. Ferrari was able to heat their tyres really well, allowing them to win poles but fail to replicate this pace in the race. Yesterday they couldn't get pole so their pace in the race fell behind McLaren pace.

No need for 2 stop if they can make it to the end. Especially with Lando.
