With everything going wrong at Ferrari, would it be wrong to set a timer on Leclercs time over there? His current contract runs until the end of 2024, with a supposed termination clause if Ferrari would drop outside of P3 in the championship(s). If someone wants to go, or someone wants someone gone (first situation more likely), nothing is going to stop anyone from tearing up the paperwork. With Leclerc becoming more and more vocal over the radio, there are definitely fractures starting to show in the relationship.
to go where?
You kid about this, but I'm willing to bet if Leclerc told RB and Mercedes that he was on the market, there would be conversations had....

I don't think so, and for polar opposite reasons. Would RBR want someone to take points and wins off Max? (Would Max allow them to?) And Russell is looking his equal ATM. If Hamilton was retiring, Yes, but he insists he is staying

I'm not talking about 2023 (although I realize that is the extent of the score of this particular thread...). Moreso 2025 since both Perez and Leclerc's current contract runs out just before then in addition to Hamilton obviously being ever closer to the end of his career, than he is the beginning of it.

Both Mercedes and RedBull have a multi year plan with their drivers, Verstappen and Russell and will, as long as they are in their twenties/thirties (so for another decade at least) put Bottas/Berger/Barichello drivers next to them (after Hamilton retires).

Top F1 Teams are like Casanovas, they like having multiple hot ones. Let's say, if Mercedes they can afford George and Lewis, nothing stops them from having George and Charles together. Despite all the pain and drama, they wanted Lewis/Rosberg to continue. Likewise for Red Bull.

I wouldn't dream of it if I were Alonso, Helmut and Christian would do everything in their power to ensure Verstappen would come out on top.

Marko has just confirmed they are hiring Daniel Ricciardo for ‘23 as RedBull’s reserve driver.

Only space for Ricciardo is at Alpha Tauri after they dump DeVries.

Williams is happy with their pair. So is Haas. So is Alfa Romeo.

Alpine is out.

Perez is performing well at RB.

Ferrari guys have contracts. Besides Sainz showed better against Norris.

Mercedes is happy.

Aston is happy.

McLaren is out.

Why would Daniel go to Alpha Tauri if he wouldn't go to Haas?

He will drop his standards sooner or later. It's just a matter of time before he smells the coffee.
