Same route as AM, but a little less undercut and a bit shorter sidepods.

I wouldn't say there's no downwash. It looks like the sidepods are concave. Could direct air down to the rear in that manner.

Quite the opposite, it's the AM route with big undercut and long sidepods.
What? There is no undercut there. The initial part of the sidepod is sloped, and that maybe is giving you the idea of an undercut. But it stops very soon and its intended purpose is to generate outwash to deflect the tire wake.

Conceptually, they are trying to do what HAAS and McLaren are trying to do, but in a somewhat different manner.

It looks like it has around the same amount of undercut as the 2014 Caterham. Just straight down.

The sidepods do seem do have a "dent" on the upper side however, like a less-extreme version of the MP26.
If you no longer go for the space someone always has to leave, you're no longer a racing driver

looks legit to me. Theres photos circulating on twitter of Carlos and Charles looking in awe at something an it looks like the same setting.

Also, that car looks right to me. As does the photo.. and Wow :o :o :o That Ferrari side pod looks mean AF. Forza Ferrari.

• Extremely narrow side pod inlet openings
• A pronounced assortment of Louvres on the side pod top and engine cover area.
• Broad wide and large side pods*
• First concept using some sort of downward slope design on the top surface of the side pods
• Triangular Roll Hoop

If this car is anywhere near as fast, mean, aggressive and good as it looks.. it should be fighting for the title this season.

Looks quite interesting from this perspective - something unique going on around the side pod inlets. I’m really eager to see more shots tomorrow. And it looks sexy too!

Btw., why do these leaks keep coming? Do the teams perhaps allow it for some reason?

Suspension configuration seems unchanged, yes. Its the standard push front and pull rear we have seen on recent years.

Yeah. No swan neck supports
Sidepods are really massive and boxy with little coke bottle shape and 0 front and side undercut. 
The sidepods low flancs remain very close to the floor edge front to back.

Finally someone who shares my view. I don't know why people are saying that car has an undercut.

It's not the "conventional" undercut at least. That initial slope hits a "wall" very soon and no air is going through it.

The top of the sidepods looks funky.
Tiny and sleak airbox(again going against the centerline cooling idea).
Louvers over rear exit for cooling.
No undercut to speak of.
Something weird about FW too, raising where it attaches to the nose it seems, we won't figure it out until frontal photos.

it probably isn't an undercut but without a supporting angle to confirm it, it was a bit ambiguous to me how much the bottom end of the side pod tapers in, based on the outward shape at the top.

The pleasing thing so far, is each and every car has had a very unique visual identity, despite the concern that they might all look too similar.

this might prove true as car concepts converge to whatever appears to be the best, but its a good start atm.
