Be interesting to see what they choose to do with the livery.
Favourite driver: Lando Norris
Favourite team: McLaren

Turned down the chance to meet Vettel at Silverstone in 2007. He was a test driver at the time and I didn't think it was worth queuing!! 🤦🏻‍♂️

Suggestions that Haas will be allowed to run on Sunday as their cars arrived late through no fault of theirs. That's a good result and nice to see the FIA being reasonable.

How many years have Haas F1 existed? 5-6 years?? And they've already had like 28 different liveries :D

Allegedly they're not allowed to because 3 teams protested. Now maybe they need to run in the evenings instead.

F1 teams can be such selfish pricks sometimes.

Bad show by them, then, although I guess the teams close to them in the field will want every advantage they can get.

17:45 Hold the front page! Magnussen has gone quickest overall with a 1m33.207s.

- guess the choice of Kevin was a good one ;)

"Fresh coat a' paint, good as new." Gene Haas would make an excellent landlord.

This all seems like when the witch in the fairy tail invites someone in her house and starts offering free food, while there's a skeleton in the corner wearing clothes that look like the one's the witch just gave you. You never take the cookies Magnussen!

Kevin just signed his contract two days ago. No time to make clothes for him. Good solution.

I'm sure by next week they will have the final overalls, everything here was fairly short-notice and I'd much rather have hodge-podge overalls than a hodge-podge car.

I'm sure that there was more than a little bit of 'glory run' about their late effort (not to mention preferable track conditions), but it is at least nice to see that the car is capable of being quick. Funny to see that it was faster than Mazepin's quali time from last year, even if Mazepin did go faster in testing than he did in quali.

For all we know they're were super low on fuel on that run. Oh and that was in a late ssession, o the track was alot cooler, the biggest impediment in bahrain is the heat. Does show they can be competative, which bodes well.

One of My biggest gripes with him was his going too far with battles that held little meaning, often turned into tears. Especially the inter team stuff with Grosjean. The fact that neither of them avoided it very much, probably says more about Steiner. The battling too often was clumsy.

Fittipaldi spoke very highly of the Haas car, saying they are definitely in the mix with the other teams. The car felt great, he said. Interesting.

They've had more aero time than anyone else for the last year and will enjoy an even bigger margin, Stage 2 is kicking in for 2022 on how much tunnel/CDF time you're allotted. They'll continue to have the most time until July 1st when it will be redistributed based on where they are in constructors.

It would be a good thing to see this rule sort some effect on the running order and allow weaker teams to do some catching up. It would be nice to see it result in closer racing.

Yeah, well I only quoted Motorsport - and of course fuel loads, tires and temps play in, we all know that

But I guess we just do not agree on how we asses Kevin Magnussen racing skills :)
