It you look closely, this render is pretty poor.

Yeah the render is clearly less qualitative than last' years photorealistic and very detailed render. It's kinda low poly, with very crude textures at some areas.
Interestingly, the tunnel mouth stakes look very long and end up close to the floor edge.
And the front undercut actually looks huge. Remember that these are short 'classic' sidepods, unlike the other teams who pushed them forward. So it seems that there is nothing under this Alpine's radiators, an area that usually hosts most of the electronic boxes and many other things.

where is the wastegate pipe?

Dunno, probably close to the turbine. In 2022 the WG pipes have to merge with the main pipe.

They mean that Renault, Mercedes’ and Honda all hid the waste gate pipe inside the main exhaust much earlier along the piping, where Ferrari just spat it out (presumably) at the very limit where the rules stipulate it has to be one pipe only
