EDIT: I don't think it's the show car as I haven't seen camera mounts like this? The element over the front wheel doesn't look like the spec part though... very strange.

Probably a livery reveal. The shape of the nose and sidepods (what little can be seen) look identical to the FIA show car.

are you sure? and if they are, only up to a certain point, else having names on the side is a bit difficult...

I think you may be confusing asymmetric livery on one car with running different liveries on the two cars. For what possible reason would an asymmetric livery not be allowed?

FIA should allow different liveries for each car. Who cares if they look identical?!

As I recall they did it on purpose to annoy the FIA after being told they were not allowed cars with different liveries. They were also going to win their first race (because all Adrian Reynard cars had done so previously). I think that remember seeing the cars launch with two separate liveries, but then the FIA (or Bernie, most likely!!) said “NO”.
