Ducati 2022 vs 2023
Admins on MotoGP Tech facebook group have said that that is actually comparison between GP21 which Ducati used to show 2022 livery and GP22 that they now used to show 2023 livery and that real bike, like in the case of Yamaha, won't be seen before Sepang tests.

Yes. I also am guessing these are not real one. But at the end I expect lesser change from Ducati as chassis and engine compared to rivals. I think that they concentrated more on developments of their aero side + unti wheelie acceleration ( maybe something new to regain benefits of banned front ride hight device by another way). These are related with fairings and are be easy to put these parts on the bike later.

Dani Pedrosa gets KTM wild-card for the 2023 Spanish MotoGP at Jerez.
And Jonas Folger mentioned too
"Jonas Folger also on track at Sepang
Guidotti also revealed that Pedrosa is prepared to step in should any of the KTM race riders be injured, while former MotoGP podium finisher Jonas Folger (29) will take part in some KTM testing duties at Sepang next month."

I don't think you can add a wing to the mudguard - though that would be very powerful.

The side panels and ground effect when leaned over are very fancy - though I would prefer to lose all this aero..

I didn't want to put it on the wheel. Think it like it attached to the noose of f1 car. It will work on straightline, I think, but how it will be at turns which is more important for shorter wheelbase bikes.
