The Vice-president of Valmor Sports, Jorge Martinez Aspar believes that the overall result of this first Grand Priz of Europe in Valencia is "excellent because the image that Valencia has given the rest of the world is spectacular. We are in a privileged position in Spain and we have taken a great step forward".

"We have brought together over 100,000 people at the circuit. I am very happy because we have proved that there is a project for the future although we still need to deal with some details, but all the comments we have received by the professionals working in F1 are positive" explained Aspar, who also confirmed that "98% of the entrance tickets" were sold.

The director wanted to "thank everyone who has taken part in the project" and also wanted to "apologise to those spectators who have had visibility problems from their stand". Jorge Martinez Aspar, admitted that some of the seat in T11 did not have visibility of the track and that their claims will be dealt with accordingly.

"We have to improve some small matters, details, such as some of the curbs and surrounding areas and it is obvious that for next year we want to improve over this year, but we are still very satisfied. For example, there have not been any problems with access points in spite of the large number of spectators that have come to the Grand Prix", he pointed out.
2009: in August too

The Vice-president of Valmor Sports also confirmed that the next F1 Grand Prix to be held at Valencia Street Circuit will be on August 23rd 2009, and said he was proud "because Spain is a reference point in motor sport competitions, we host three motorcycling Grand Prix races, two F1 races and we have leading races, we have fans."
