Jerez test to go ahead as planned
The three-day test session at Jerez, scheduled for next week, can go ahead as planned and this despite fears that the required homologation for the track would not be completed in time. The FIA needed to carry out a homologation process as the track at Jerez underwent significant changes during the summer break. The changes made at the Spanish circuit include resurfacing of the track and new run-off areas.
Next week, all the teams, with the expection of Ferrari and Force India, are scheduled to test at the Spanish Circuit.
