After winning this seasons Italian GP, under heavy rain nontheless, there has been a large amount of positive talk surrounding young German driver Sebastian Vettel. And even though the youngster only has one full season of Formula One racing experience with Scuderia Toro Rosso, he is to transfer to parent team Red Bull Racing next season and is expected to offer even more competition to the top teams.

Frank Williams spoke to 'autosport' about his predictions for the young driver; "I think Vettel will win championships given the right team within two years - he is the new one. He will be challenging Lewis soon, although Lewis now has coming up for two seasons of experience. He (Vettel) looks outstanding for a 21-year-old though."

Williams also added that he's surprised that BMW motorsport boss Mario Theissen let Vettel go, after Vettel won their Formula BMW championship and even drove a race for the team in 2007.
