PSA interested in Brackley-based outfit?

A new possible buyer has been named for the Brackley-based F1 team. The French car manufacturer 'PSA', which sells cars under its Peugeot and Citroen brand names, would have expressed interest in buying the team.

The Belgian site autosportnieuws claims that several anonymous sources reported a possible interest now that F1 is looking to drastically reduce running costs.

Despite its campaigns in WRC with Citroen and at Le Mans with Peugeot, there might still be a chance, having in mind that the manufacturer has only been softly hit by the current financial crisis compared to most other car builders.
