Toyota to fire up to 150 people from F1 staff

As the Japanese car manufacturer Toyota is also heavily hit by the global crisis, up to 150 people from the Formula One staff, who work at the Cologne headquarters of the team, will be made redundant.

'Express', the local newspaper, quoted John Howett saying: "I estimate that by the end of the year we will have around 100 to 150 fewer workers compared to the beginning of the year."
