The Red Bull Racing team joins Toyota and BMW Sauber by threatening to not participate in the 2010 Formula One World Championship, should the FIA go through with the proposed regulation changes. The main problem with the team's is the optional budget cap, which would creat a 'two tier' series.

The team's owner, Dietrich Mateschitz, told Austria's 'Salzburger Nachrichten' newspaper, "Conditions at the moment are not so, that we would enter a team for next year."

Adding, "Of the teams now, only two or three will remain."
