You can't make an exception for Schumacher - Mosley

FIA President Max Mosley has said to the German newspaper 'Bild' that he believes the teams (Red Bull, Toro Rosso and Williams) were right not to allow Michael Schumacher to test the 2009 Ferrari car before making his return to the sport in Spain later this month.

Mosley said to the paper: "I think the test ban rule is unreasonable, but that's the way it is. If a 19-year-old driver such as Jaime Alguersuari may not test before his first race, then you can't make an exception for Michael Schumacher.”
