No big difference between PS04 - PS03

One of the Arrows A23 chassis that Paul Stoddart bought with Minardi at the beginning of this year has finally been tested. The car is a mere few tenths quicker than the currrent PS03.Both drivers had the chance to drive it, and they were both happy with the grip levels achieved with the PS04. The car was painted in all Minardi colours for this special occasion.It has also become clear that next year's Minardi will be an evolution of the PS04, formerly known as the A23
