Approval for Moscou F1-track

It's understood that Moscow Mayor Yury Luzhkov, has allotted an area of land in the north of the city for the construction of a race-track capable of hosting a round of the Formula One World Championship. It's hoped that design plans for the proposed circuit will be complete by the end of 2004.A plot of land measuring 227.6 hectares has been reserved for the facility, with the Moscow government understood to be considering investing in the project.
