Red Bull and Alfa Romeo confirm launch date of their new cars

Two other teams have confirmed the launch date for their new cars with Red Bull and Alfa Romeo set to unveil their all-new machines on February 9 and Februar 27 respectively.

McLaren is launching its MCL36 two days later on February 11, with AlphaTauri, Ferrari and Mercedes revealing their cars on February 14, 17 and 18 respectively.

Red Bull have now joined the group of teams that has already confirmed the launch date for their new cars. The Milton Keynes based outfit is set to become the first Formula 1 team to unveil its 2022 car, having set a February 9 launch date. This season Red Bull Racing will let their fans curate and host the story of the 2022 season launch, on their own social channels.

The Hinwil based squad Alfa Romeo F1 Team ORLEN will launch its 2022 contender, the C42, on Sunday, February 27th, 2022.

The new car, the first built by the team for the new Formula One regulations, will be unveiled in its full livery through a digital launch, with images and videos released to the public and media at 9am CET. The launch will be followed, at 9:30am, by an online press conference attended by Team Principal, Frédéric Vasseur; Technical Director, Jan Monchaux; and the team’s drivers, Valtteri Bottas, Guanyu Zhou and Robert Kubica.
