After the Chinese Grand Prix, Alonso is only 4 points behind Lewis Hamilton, his team mate with the Woking-based team. Rival Kimi Raikkonen is also again in the race for the Championshiop as he's only 7 points behind in the standings.

Fernando Alonso said after the race at Shanghai: "It will still be very difficult because it will not be easy to take four points from Lewis. I need something dramatic to win. With a normal race it will be impossible."

The Finn after his victory in China declared: "We are back in the championship and it will be interesting in the final race. Hopefully the car is good and it will be a battle all weekend. It is not just up to us, though. We saw today that anything can happen."
