Alonso pins hopes on new parts
Renault F1 Team driver Fernando Alonso is pinning all his hopes on the new parts that will be introduced on the R28 at his home race. Alonso declared to the Spanish network 'Telecinco' that the team needs to improve as quickly as possible in order to score points.
Fernando Alonso: "I think the whole team knows we need to improve as quickly as possible because nobody likes to complete 58 laps in 10th place or 11th. So all our hopes are pinned on the improvements we have for Barcelona. If that goes wrong, then we are going to have to start to worry for the rest of the season."
