Jordan to win Vodafone trial?

By on

Jordan Grand Prix filed a law suit against mobile phone giant Vodafone, worth 150 million pounds. The charge against Vodafone (from Jordan Grand Prix) is reneging on a sponsorship deal and subsequently entering a partnership with Ferrari.Jordan's main evidence against the cell phone giant was a telephone conversation with Vodafone's branding director, David Haines. Haines, allegedly told the team, "You've got the deal," or so says a written note of team's director of business affair, Ian Phillips.A few weeks ago the whole buzz about the trial went very quiet. If what a little birdy told, is true, team boss Eddie Jordan could be laughing all the way to the bank. What the little birdy mentioned something about, subpoenas, IT experts, supposedly 'lost' e-mails being found. (Felipe Fernandes)
