Jordan to win Vodafone trial?

Jordan Grand Prix filed a law suit against mobile phone giant Vodafone, worth 150 million pounds. The charge against Vodafone (from Jordan Grand Prix) is reneging on a sponsorship deal and subsequently entering a partnership with Ferrari.Jordan's main evidence against the cell phone giant was a telephone conversation with Vodafone's branding director, David Haines. Haines, allegedly told the team, "You've got the deal," or so says a written note of team's director of business affair, Ian Phillips.A few weeks ago the whole buzz about the trial went very quiet. If what a little birdy told, pitpass.com is true, team boss Eddie Jordan could be laughing all the way to the bank. What the little birdy mentioned something about, subpoenas, IT experts, supposedly 'lost' e-mails being found. (Felipe Fernandes)
