FIA President, Max Mosley, has won the privacy case against the British newspaper 'News of the World'. The judgement, which was delivered this morning, rules in favour of Mosley and awards him £60,000 in damages.

The High Court ruled that the 68-year-old’s privacy was breached when the British tabloid published the article about his sex life in March.
