Whats a true supporta role , letting your team mate win when you deserve the win ?
Did you not watch the Shuey era at Ferrari? The FIA even banned team orders after one notorious incident (with Massa iirc).
I read your post as if you were saying Rubens wasnt in a true support role , so my reply was a little sarcastic, my bad. :?
All good :)

It seems odd nobody else is reporting it. She's BBC so I imagine she's held to some journalistic/editorial standards... maybe he let something slip in a private chat...

Interestingly enough BBC were also the first who announced James Key's departure from Toro Rosso and joining McLaren.

Dutch television reports Kvyat has left his Ferrari job and Redbull will make an anouncement next race in Sochi.

So i think:

Racing Stroll: Perez Stroll
Sauber: Raikkonen Giovinazzi
Torro Rosso: Kvyat Wehrlein
Williams: Markelov Sirotkin
Haas: Grosjean Magnussen

Ironic as that's where he was sacked/demoted by Red Bull before. AFAIK he left the role at Ferrari last year as they have Leclerc and Giovinazzi.

Legandary driver development skills of H. Marko's program:
- hire too early, marketing and $ reason over sporting ones,
- Get help from media to hype (copy paste promotion),
- ignore flaws and lack of progress - every Rb driver is perfect! (see another GP by Sainz)
- promote too early, ignore flaws 2
- fire to make place for the next big thing,
- demote to B team,
- replace with a worse driver :wtf: =P~ :? #-o ,
- rehire - clearly break doesn't affect development. Circus.

Kvyat had some one lap pace against DR but used to go painfully backwards in races. I think Hungary 201whatever ) is a good example, TO within ~3-5 laps (they knew).

Last year he was still at Toro Rosso. He joined Ferrari this season.
Q: (Stefano Mancini – La Stampa) Kimi, will you help Vettel to win his championship this year?
Kimi Raikkonen: I can only drive one car, obviously.

Kyvat screams as a placeholder choice, he'll be there for a year, then be chucked for Ticktum.

Why on earth would RedBull want Princess Pascal when Mercedes don't?
