Ferrari SF1000

A place to discuss the characteristics of the cars in Formula One, both current as well as historical. Laptimes, driver worshipping and team chatter does not belong here.

Hopefully (and we should) get a picture now that the pit screens aren’t allowed

The Haas doesn’t look like it has one, so probably not.

Fw mainplane got bigger the other elements got smaller, the angle looks more aggressive, and some wavy characteristics.

Mercedes is on hard, Ferrari on medium... The rake on Ferrari looks mighty :)

BTW: does the SF1000 squat during braking like last year?

Could anyone summarize the video please. Thanks!
He says a bunch of stuff, i don't know how accurate his info is... but here we go:

This isn't the definitive aero.
The suspension is now hydraulic.
The new engine has a completely new cooling system.
Heat exchanger on the left, oil radiator on the right, air radiators on both sides.
Smaller gearbox for better handling.
Regarding radiators - it looks for me like stacked radiators the first layer of radiators is for battery and on top of that radiator is another one for the engine and intercooler. Some of them are running on water, other on oil or some other coolant...
