Something to note is that energy flow rate flat lines at 10500rpm.
C5.2.3 Fuel energy flow must not exceed 3000MJ/h.
C5.2.4 Below 10500rpm the fuel energy flow must not exceed EF(MJ/h)=0.27*N(rpm)+ 165

Enrico Gualtieri confirms ferrari are bringing the new engine this weekend

https://racingnews365.com/ferrari-confi ... -announced

Also looks like theyve gotten Merc's diffuser banned
The toothed diffuser proposed by Mercedes heading towards a ban, with almost immediate effect. Ferrari's legality check office had requested clarification from the FIA, while the aerodynamicists were ready to bring back to the car an even more extreme version of the concept.?
Was about to post exactly this re Mercedes diffuser: https://racingnews365.com/fia-issues-te ... is-request

Apparently Mercedes are trying to push it to Silverstone because their trucks already left but that seems like an extremely poor reason to use an illegal part (that they already got away with using) so really hope that’s not accepted.

Seemingly Ferrari asked the FIA for clarification on this pre-season and were told it would be illegal so another very unfair thing if Mercedes get away with something Ferrari couldn’t. Good to see them finally getting a political win here though - hopefully ADUO, compression ratio + this and we start to redress the balance where Mercedes got the better of political shenanigans.

How many “grey areas” are on that car? I’ve lost count.
