In a way it’s interesting how this part of the triple crown works, since you can benefit hugely from the other guys driving; it was harder for Hulk because there was at least some competition then, but I seem to remember he wasn’t generally the quickest of the drivers in the winning car (all of whom are full-time sportscar drivers, so understandable, just saying).
He was so shocked by the proper tyres in P1 he couldn't concentrate
Toyota should win this at a walking pace, their problem in the past has been reliability - Nakajima a couple of years back springs to mind. Not having the competition should improve the reliability some.
That, and over confidence. Remember how Davidson turned into a 488 while leading the race? (think it was 2 years ago)
