The FIA isn't a government or a local judiciary, they don't work like that.
You are the poster that brought up intent as a way of getting to Max. And the FIA is the governing body of F1. Just because it's over motorsport doesn't mean it doesn't have rules and laws.
The level of proof and stinginecy of the rules aren't anywhere close to what they are in criminal trials.
Is there any real evidence of this, or is it just a fellow-countryman-biased assumption after watching a grainy social media video? Honest question.
Thats pure speculation on your part. The video is grainy as hell when trying to get a closer look.
Well something has stopped Car No 44 being banged to rights last night. It’s also caused Verstappen being called to the stewards.
It probably didn’t but has been said above, Max’s actions have now bought an element of doubt into the equation which is an angle I’m sure Mercedes will be trying to work.
I’m sure they will but it is a silly defense and easy to dispute. On the other hand, the FIA has proven to do anything to save the championship.Starkblood80 wrote: ↑13 Nov 2021, 09:18It probably didn’t but has been said above, Max’s actions have now bought an element of doubt into the equation which is an angle I’m sure Mercedes will be trying to work.
