Some departures
Paul James Team Manager at McLaren has left the team after over 20 years, replacement unknown.
Blake Hinsey Senior Simulator Engineer at Red Bull (Max's former performance engineer) has left the team to persue a career in gaming.

Interesting Paul James leaving McLaren after being with the team for 20+ years. Wonder where he is going? Unless I missed it, there was no mention of it from McLaren which is surprising given his service and role in the team

Brundle said something along the lines of him "not being at the race track" in the coverage of Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, he might just be moving to the factory to do race support but he's probably retiring.

Phil Dixon Head of Vehicle Science at Haas has left the team (former Mercedes and Renault engineer), been with them since late 2016.

Nicolas Hennel de Beaupreau will depart Sauber at the end of the season, he was co Chief Aerodynamicist along with Franck Sanchez, looks as though he's leaving F1 altogether. https://www.linkedin.com/in/nicolas-gyo ... -activity/

Michael Broadhurst Deputy Head of Aero at McLaren who left in April last year as joined Red Bull as Principle Aerodynamicist.

Jonathan Marshall is the new director of vehicle performance at McLaren replacing Stefano Sordo. He's joined from Aston Martin.

Major Hiring Spree for Aston Martin
Tim Milne is new Head of Aero joining from the failed Panthera Team Asia project. He was previous Manor, Caterham, Toyota.
Keith Barclay is the new Chief Designer joining from Red Bull advanced; he'll work alongside Akio Haga.
Dave Mylett is the new Head of R&D joining from Red Bull where he was Structural Analysis Group leader.
Neil Bellamy who was Head of Model Design is now head of Aero Operations.
