Williams in 2003 used them to cover the exhausts, as well as provide outlets for the radiator and oil cooler (w/ the oil cooler exhaust being larger). I dunno what they did for 2004.
Bring back wider rear wings, V10s, and tobacco advertisements

Interesting small wing on the FW27, they are exploiting the “rules free” area on the central 150 mm. Arrows a few years ago and also Renault last year already tried to exploit that loophole but the solutions didn’t last, let’s see what happens this time.

Bargeboards added, connected w/ a different interpretation of the "axe," if you can still call it that.

I was also wondering what that "tower" was doing on the Williams.
