FIA's latest cost cutting measures

The International Federation of Automobilism announced today they will be charging 5 pounds per hour for F1 car parking at the parc fermé lot. Max Mosley, its president, explained FIA's decision: "Teams are getting a benefit from the parc fermé and we think it must be shared among all of us, specially me. We are also considering to charge pit lane and truck parking area fees and we will discuss it with the FIA's United Commitee for KERS Expenses Maximized (---) working group. I'm glad to announce that orange juice will not be distributed anymore in the paddock on our account: teams have abused enough of FIA's generosity. There is a world crisis and we're contributing to it"

I think the dolphin (Lewis, as some suggest) is illegal. The fins, especially, are against the rules outright. There could be a case for the rear package, but it's taking advantage of certain loopholes and is absolutely against the spirit of the rules.
I will submit a formal protest at the start of the next aquatic show.
